  • Hotel pick up : costumers will be picked up from their hotels between 5.30am to 6.00am by Baliwithmetours driver, exact time depends on the  hotel’s location.
  • Due to the landslide, the road to crystal bay is currently unsafe, and we have temporarily replaced the attraction with virgin beach until the road is fixed.
  • Boat check-in assistance : our driver will assist customers with the check-in process at the boat company
